Today we're shipping Resolvi 2.0 — the first major release since we opened the platform up beyond our own brand. Three things changed materially: customer intake, the agent decision flow, and the analytics layer.

Structured claims, end to end

Every claim now comes in with a fault category the customer chose, evidence they uploaded, and item-level affected SKUs flagged in the original order. No more agent interpretation step. No more "can you tell me which item?" follow-ups.

Item-level decisions on multi-item claims

Approve some items, deny others, request info on a third — all within one claim, in one screen. Each item triggers its own Shopify action on approval. Mixed-decision claims used to be the most painful 10% of warranty work. Now they're a single review.

The feature we use the most internally is now generally available. Filter customer-submitted fault photos and videos by SKU, fault, date, or batch. Click any image to jump back to the originating claim. Product teams can self-serve without waiting on monthly reports.
